I wish I could give 6 stars - I’m VERY happy and satisfied with this company and their service. Clean Chic saved me on short notice from a weekend of end-of-rent cleaning and scrubbing in the middle of an already exhausting and stressful move. The owner, Irley, communicated clearly and openly throughout. I sent her videos of the flat and areas in need of deep cleaning so she could give an estimate.
When cleaning took longer than expected (after 5 years with two fluffy cats and two neurodivergent humans 😅), Irley messaged me to ask whether I would be ok with extra hours (I agreed ofc). When I walked in this evening, it felt like a new flat. The kitchen looked brand new! The oven was silver again! The shower was sparkly and clean! And even though I forgot to ask, Irley cleaned inside the built-in wardrobe too. I was so relieved and happy I almost teared up (not even exaggerating). 100% recommend this company, and hope I can hire them again for our new house too.
